To obtain a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson’s License, a person must fulfill the following easy requirements...

Age: Be 18 years of age.

License Application: After receiving a certificate from NCI, you will submit an on-line license application to the State. Examination: The state exam is given via computer at five regional PSI Exam Sites in Michigan. The exam fee is currently $79. A license fee of $88 is charged by the state for a salesperson’s license. Your NCI instructor will give you a Candidate Information Bulletin in class and explain the process to you in easy-to-understand terms. The bulletin contains all of the information you need.

Residency: Michigan residency is not required to obtain your real estate license.
